You can connect your Apple computer to your 3M MPro pocket projector using the VGA cable. You need to set your computer's resolution to 800 x 600, 1024 x 768, or 1280 x 768 and the refresh rate to 60 Hertz.
If your Apple computer uses DVI-D, then you will need a DVI-D to VGA adapter as well. This can be purchased at your local Apple store. If you have done the above you may need to select "mirror image" under your appearance tab where you set your resolution on your computer.
This includes the MacBook Pro, and Macintosh computers. A detailed explanation follows:
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
1. Apple Computer.
2. Apple VGA adapter.
3. 3M Pocket Projector.
4. 3M Pocket Projector VGA cable.
CONNECTING THE COMPUTER AND PROJECTOR
1. Attach the VGA adapter to the Apple Computer.
2. Attach the 3M cable to the projector.
3. Connect the cable from the Apple Computer to the cable from the 3M Pocket Projector.
4. Turn on both the projector and the computer.
DISPLAYING AN IMAGE ON THE 3M POCKET PROJECTOR
1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
2. Choose Displays.
3. Click Detect Displays.
4. Click Gather Windows.
5. Select the projector display pane.
6. Confirm the Resolution setting is 800x600, 1024x768, or 1280x768.
7. Confirm the Refresh Rate is 60 Hertz.
