When connecting your pocket projector to your PC computer to transfer files to your internal memory or microSD card using the USB cable, you should be on the home screen (multiple icons) when you connect the USB to the pocket projector.  You should then have a pop-up display on your computer.

If the pocket projector or microSD disk drive does not appear immediately then you can check your "My Computer" under "Devices with Removable Storage".   With the MP180, you might remove the battery and all power to the unit for at least 5 seconds, then reconnect the battery/ AC adapter.

If you have an Apple computer and MP180 pocket Projector, then upgrade your firmware version to 3.0.
