Q. Is there a specific carrier I should use when I send my 3M MP120 in for repair?

A.

You can use UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ship your 3M MPro back to our service depot for warranty repair. We highly recommend that you have the shipment insured with a tracking number so that lost packages can be located or claimed for reimbursement by your shipper.

The address of the repair depot will be sent to you via email once a RMA number has been provided by our technical service organization. Please call 1-866-631-1656 with any trouble you may be having.
