Q. How can I adjust the image to a rectangle, if it is displaying the same in a V Shape?

A.

This is caused by attempting to project an image onto a surface at an angle. It is a distortion of the image dimensions, making it look like a trapezoid.

Keep the projector as level as possible and perpendicular to the surface that you are projecting it onto. If you have a V image then you have the front of the projector much higher than the back of the projector.
